    K 800 N Wheel Excavator
Based on the well-tried series of the K 800 wheel excavators; however, it is considerably modernized compared with them. The machinery is designed for extraction of overburden with hardly disintegrated material. The tip of the wheel boom enables replacement of various types of wheels. The machinery is equipped with thyristor-controlled drives and an analogue computer to control formation of the travelling plane and side slopes.
It is mounted on three caterpillars undercarriages, one of which is steerable, enabling travel in arc. The excavator’s lower structure with a slewing upper structure, a cable reel, an intermediate belt, and booms with an engine cabin is mounted on triangle-arranged supporting undercarriages.
    Technical data:
Stacking/loading capacity: 2,300 m3 of loose earth per hour
    Power input: 1,500 kW
    Weight: 1,400 tonnes
    Dimensions: 67 x 18 x 31.4 metres
USSK 1500/2500 Combined Stacker and Reclaimer
Mainly designed to operate coal dump yards in surface mines or near steam power stations, to adjust extraction irregularity and/or coal consumption, and to homogenize coal. It can also process other kinds of granular materials.
The machinery consists of an undercarriage travelling on rails, between which long-distance belt sections for material transport are located, a steel structure, a lower structure, a slewing upper structure, a wheel boom with hydraulic lift, a chamberless wheel, a central pylon, a balancing boom, an intermediate belt, and a loop belt conveyer.
The machinery performs five technological functions: stacking all materials on the dump yard, extracting material from the dump yard, transporting extracted material through the machinery, transporting extracted material through the machinery together with extracting material from the dump yard, and transporting extracted material through the machinery with simultaneously partially stacking the material on the dump yard.

The following dumping and re-dumping devices represents other variants:
    RZ 1000.1, RZ 1002.1, DZ 1000, R-DZ 1500/2500, and RZ 750.
    Technical data:
Machinery capacity: 2,500/1,500 tonnes per hour
    Power input: 630 kW
    Weight: 580 tonnes
    Dimensions: 14 x 121 x 25 metres

PD 600 H Mobile Crushing Plant

Designed for primary crushing of medium-hard materials in limestone quarries. In a technological unit, it is placed between mining machinery with road transport and long-distance belt transport.
This mobile crusher consists of a hopper to receive rocks from trucks, a discharging plate conveyer, an impact hammer crusher, and a loader conveyer. The entire technological equipment, including a control cabin, is mounted on a caterpillar undercarriage. Hydraulic supports damping impacts caused by dumped material are located below the hopper. The hopper is equipped with a support wall of the loading platform. The area of the crusher and the space where material is dumped onto the loading conveyer are centrally exhausted.

The DSST 1650, DSST 200, and DSMH 3000 stationary crushing plants are other types of crushers.
    Technical data:
Crushing capacity: 600 tonnes per hour
    Power input: 1,600 kW
    Weight: 575 tonnes
    Dimensions: 16.5 x 28.6 x 13.15 metres
    DSOH Overburden Crusher
Designed for crushing overburden rocks tending to form oversize lumps with a maximum crushing resistance up to do 40 MPa (rare lumps up to 100 MPa). In a technological unit, it is placed between mining machinery and long-distance belt transport.
The double-rotor roll crusher, whose crushing opening can be adjusted, is mounted on a straddle caterpillar undercarriage travelling above the route of the long-distance belt transport. Material goes through the crusher without being pre-sorted. Crushed material leaving the crusher is dumped into the appropriate mobile hopper of the long-distance belt transport.
    Technical data:
Crushing capacity: 5,000 m3 of loose earth per hour
    Rotor input: 2 x 200 kW / 6 kV
    Travel input: 2 x 55 kW / 500 V
    Weight: 180 tonnes
    Dimensions: 12.92 x 10 x 6.7 metres

    DVD 500 x 1100 Crusher
  • Designed for crushing medium-hard materials, e.g. power-station cinder, slag sinters, heavy limestone, coal, coke, etc. The output lump size depends on the design arrangement of the crusher’s rotor disks. Use of special materials for the crushing disks prolongs their operating life. The machinery's simple structure reduces both susceptibility to failure and maintenance costs. The machinery can be easily handled due to its small dimensions and weight. DVD crushers are manufactured in various designs and modifications according to customer requirements.

  • Technical data:
Maximum crushing capacity: 12 tonnes per hour
Maximum length of input grain edge: 0.5 metres
    Output grains (95% of charge): 0 – 0.03 metres
Crushed material hardness: up to 40 MPa
    Travel input: 11 kW/380 V
    Weight: 3.68 tonnes
    Dimensions: (lxwxh) - 1.94 x 1.6 x 0.85 metres
    DD 1600 Plate Conveyer
  • Widely used in technological units for transport of lumpy material (particularly transport of rocks from crushers). It consists of a sturdy frame, elements with plates, and a drive. Its bulldozer elements travel on hard pulleys attached to the frame. In the front of the conveyer, below the plates, are slides supporting conveyer plates when impacts occur. This is particularly suitable when the conveyer forms a bottom of a receiving bin into which a shovel excavator dumps material. The travelling speed of belts is infinitely variable. The inclination of the conveyer is between +27° and -20°.

  • Technical data:
Transfer capacity: 900 m3 per hour
    Input: 2 x 57 kW
    Weight: 77.8 tonnes
    Dimensions: (lxwxh) - 5.2 x 18 x 3.2 metres

CD 800, CD 1200, CD 2000 Sectional Conveyers
  • Widely used for transport of lumpy material. It consists of a frame, elements with plates, a drive, and a dust belt. Its bulldozer elements travel on pulleys attached to the frame. The conveyer drive consists of a direct-current electric motor, a flexible coupling, and a gearbox. A chain swivel connects the gearbox and the driving shaft. The travelling speed is infinitely variable. The dust belt, located below the conveyer strand, is designed to scrape and transport material adhered to the plates to the discharging place. The inclination of the conveyer is 0°.

    6-kilovolt Single-Piece Cubicle Substation
  • Designed to drive belt conveyers. The substation cubicle is an all-welded structure made of steel sections. The cubicle is jacketed with FeZn (GALFAN) plates filled with heat-insulating material. The substation roof is double, providing natural ventilation of the interspace. The substation space is divided into three individual sections. The first section contains high- and low-voltage cables, including a control automatic device; the second section contains high-voltage transformers; and the third section contains compensation of the driving station’s main motors. The substation cubicle is mounted on a pontoon, enabling transfer of the substation. The substation is tempered. High-voltage cables are led from the high-voltage switchboard on the substation side through outlets. Low-voltage cables are led from the low-voltage section on the substation side through cable sockets.

    Skating park
  • Skateboarding and in-line skating are untraditional sports. Our SKATING PARK is designed for these sports. It provides a unique chance to mass today’s young people from streets and give them an interesting opportunity to spend their free time. SKATING PARK can be equipped with some of the following main sections:
  • The project documentation of skateboarding sections was compiled according to the designs by Radek Novotný, an authorized engineer for project planning of sports grounds. On request, we can adjust dimensions of individual sections, or modify and/or manufacture other types of sections. Sections can be used for both competitive and non-competitive disciplines.
